Schedule for FIFA U-17 World Cup games on US TV and streaming

Beginning Saturday, Telemundo Deportes and FOX Sports will present exclusive coverage of the FIFA U-17 World Cup Brazil 2019, the 18th edition of the biennial international soccer championship. Brazil, one of the most iconic soccer destinations in the world, will host the tournament for the first time in its history, bringing together the world’s most promising young players from 24 nations competing for the title, including two-time Champion Mexico, USA, Argentina, Brazil, Spain, Chile, Ecuador, Paraguay and many others.

Telemundo, Universo and the Telemundo Deportes app will present all the matches live. The games airing on Telemundo will be preceded by a pre-game show, including the semifinals and the Final.

Telemundo’s coverage will be led by their award-winning team including Andres Cantor, Carlos Hermosillo, Copan Alvarez, Eduardo Biscayart, Manuel Sol, Miguel Gurwitz and Sammy Sadovnik.

As of press time, FOX Sports has issued zero details about their coverage of the FIFA U-17 World Cup.

For many renowned players, representing their country at the FIFA U-17 World Cup marked the start of their successful international career. Since the tournament began, it has provided generations of young players with promising futures with a stage for them to show their growing talent and will to win. Some of the most notable stars that have participated in the tournament include Giovani dos Santos from Mexico; Neymar and Ronaldinho from Brazil; James Rodriguez from Colombia; Carlos Tevez from Argentina; Mario Götze and Toni Kroos from Germany; Andres Iniesta and Iker Casillas from Spain; and Landon Donovan from USA.

The 52-match tournament will take place across three Brazilian cities: Brasilia, Goiania and Vitoria. Nigeria is the most successful nation in the tournament’s history, with five titles and three runners up. Brazil is the second-most successful with three titles and two runners-up. Ghana and Mexico have won the tournament twice.
